Once again Ecuador is among the winners of the 24th World Travel Awards (WTA), the Oscar award in the travel industry. The gala was held in Hard Rock Hotel in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico, on September 9, 2017.
Every year WTA recognizes the best of Latin America tourism and in 2017 Ecuador is not an exception. Guayaquil, Galapagos, Quito and Cuenca are again considered world class tourist destinations with all the facilities for MICE tours, business travel, leisure, eco tours, among other activities.
